Our aim is to turn out a trainee suitably endowed with knowledge, attitude and skills, imbued with professionalism, who serves on board ships, as well as on shore amidst seafarers from all over the world. We believe in innovative approaches, drawing upon the country's biggest asset-a young, vibrant section of youth from the interior, with a fairly strong educational base, knowledge of English and a rich cultural heritage, who are eager to absorb knowledge, fired by imagination, and able to put in long hours of sincere work, Our endeavors are to continuously monitor the Quality Management System so as to expeditiously identify areas for further improvement.

We obtain constant feedback from our trainees, our principal clients- the shipping companies and agents whose response, opinions and suggestions collectively form the basis for imparting professional training as well as updating the Quality Management System. Thus, our pursuit of excellence and development of competence is never ending in this technologically driven industry. All the following STCW courses conducted by the Training Ship are approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Government of India.
